Estimate: We inspect your vehicle, enter the information into our Estimating sofware to ensure all necessary parts, labor, etc are included. Sometimes we may find other hidden damage that cannot be seen until after we disassemble your vehicle.

Insurance approval: The insurance company will review the estimate, and we both come to an agreement on pricing and what is required to fix your vehicle. When they give the OK, we begin your repairs. We offer loaner vehicles for your usage, while your vehicle is in our shop.

Ordering parts: We order the necessary parts to fix your vehicle; whether it be New OEM, Used, or Aftermarket parts.

Structure and Body repair: The structure of your vehicle is repaired first. We utilize a state of the art Genesis 2 Laser frame measuring system to restore your frame precisely. Then all body parts are prepared, assembled, and installed for the next step- Painting.

Painting your vehicle: Parts and/or panels are prepared for paint, then primed and sealed, and the final step is top coat and clear coat. We utilize computer technology based paint matching to restore your vehicle to it's exact color. Our state-of-the art Accudraft down draft paint bake system returns your paint to the factory standards.

Reassembly: Parts, moldings and any detail pieces are put back on your vehicle. We then check any vehicle systems to ensure your vehicles working condition.

Delivery: Vehicle is cleaned washed / Vacuumed. When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, the bill is explained and the final paperwork is completed.
